At present, Red Cuthbert Morris don’t have any insect members dancing alongside us—but if the world of fluttering wings and jangling bells were ever to collide, we’ve no doubt that the Cinnabar moth would be the first to join our ranks. With its vivid black and red colouring, it already wears our kit with pride, gliding about the hedgerows as if rehearsing a slow caper or sidestep. It’s easy to imagine one perched on a musician’s hat or drifting between dancers during a summer performance, its stripes flashing in rhythm with the beat.
